
Regional Director of Retail

We’re looking for a high-impact Regional Director of Retail to lead multiple branch locations, develop top-performing leaders, and drive measurable growth across the region.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives on owning performance, scaling teams, and influencing results at a regional level. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to execute strategy, elevate branch performance, and expand membership and lending growth.
What You’ll Own
Regional Performance:
Drive sales, lending, and membership growth across multiple branches
Leadership Development:
Coach and develop Branch Managers to elevate performance and leadership capability
Operational Excellence:
Ensure compliance, efficiency, and consistency across all locations
Growth Strategy:
Identify market opportunities and execute plans to expand reach and impact
Community Presence:
Strengthen brand visibility through local engagement and partnerships
What You Bring
3–5+ years in retail banking or credit union leadership
3+ years leading multiple branches or regional teams
Proven success in driving sales, lending, and membership growth
Strong ability to coach leaders and build high-performing teams
Deep understanding of branch operations, compliance, and KPIs
Strategic mindset with the ability to turn data into action

Strong pipeline of developed, high-performing Branch Managers
