Work directly from an active database of warm and nurtured leads
Make consistent outbound calls, texts, and follow‑ups
Convert conversations into appointments and signed clients
Host open houses when available to generate additional opportunities
“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Qualifications
Licensed 2+ years
Not afraid of the phone (non‑negotiable)
Understand that follow‑up = income
Currently underproducing and want a real opportunity + structure
Coachable, consistent, and competitive

Must have a valid Real Estate License
Compensation $80,000
