Job Overview
Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee operations at an apartment community in Boston Back Bay.
The ideal candidate will manage site operations, rent collection, work order processing, apartment turnovers, Project‑Based Section 8 compliance, and resident relations. Duties include annual and interim recertifications, property inspections, and administrative functions.

Qualifications
Knowledge of affordable housing programs: Affordable Housing, LIHTC, federally‑assisted, and state/local regulations.
Time‑management skills to prioritize tasks.
Strong administrative, organizational, computer, marketing, and resident‑relations skills.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven.
High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of related property‑management experience involving recertification, clerical and administrative support.
Proficient with OneSite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience with Project‑Based Section 8.
Excellent communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills.
