Motorcycle Sales Associate
Lakeland Harley is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team. As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect motorcycle that suits their needs and desires.
This Position
REQUIRES
a current Motorcycle Endorsement on Driver's License
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycles
Provide detailed information about different models and features
Organize test rides for interested customers
Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
Maintain showroom appearance and cleanliness
Requirements:
Must be able to operate a motorcycle and possess a motorcycle endorsement on driver's license
Prior sales experience preferred
Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of different models
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing and able to work on weekends
