POSITION SUMMARY
As an
Automotive Assistant Manager
for Big O Tires, you will direct and manage the overall daily operations of the retail store. Your number one goal will be to find and sell needed services and tires to our customers in a informative and frendly manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Open and close store(s) Resolve/handle customer complaints within the established guidelines Operate point of sale hardware and software and look up information for various applications Prepare and inspect work orders, VIP Checklist, and Vehicle Inspection Form (Health Check) for completeness Is responsible for neat, clean, and attractive appearance of location and performing necessary maintenance Ensure compliance with OSHA and Federal and State Environmental Regulations Make sure every car is inspected and every customer leaves your store feeling like they had great service. QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the automotive industry is a must. Can write a service / tire ticket.
