Interpret project documents from conceptual design through construction documents Quantity take-off, preliminary budgeting, value analysis Subcontractor solicitation, development of bid forms, scope sheets, and subcontract documents Communication with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain accurate pricing information Sub/supplier database maintenance and networking with events Document distribution, working with clients and designers to establish project parameters Assist other procurement team members Qualifications
