new Occupational Therapy (OT) program . This full-time academic leadership role will oversee program quality, faculty collaboration, and student success while ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. The position combines
teaching, curriculum development, and program leadership
within a growing healthcare education environment. Director of the Faculty Program Occupational Therapy Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for the occupational therapy academic program Teach courses and develop curriculum using current instructional methodologies and technologies Monitor program performance metrics including student outcomes, faculty productivity, and enrollment trends Mentor and support students to promote academic and professional development Lead curriculum design and program improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and institutional standards Support faculty development and foster a collaborative academic environment Director of the Faculty Program Occupational Therapy Qualifications
Doctoral degree required (PhD, OTD, or post-professional OT doctorate) Active, unencumbered OT or OTA license required or ability to obtain licensure Minimum 8 years of professional occupational therapy experience At least 4 years of teaching experience at the postsecondary level Experience with program accreditation and curriculum development preferred Director of the Faculty Program Occupational Therapy Benefits
