Description Pay Grade: Grade 1 $35,500 - $44,719
Classifications: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Non-Ministerial, Domestic, Non-Missionary
Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain active membership at an Every Nation church.
Assist the Design Supervisor in determining design project deliverables and timeline.
Design and produce graphics for digital print, and multimedia use, including websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
Partner with other departments to develop compelling visuals for campaigns, events, and publications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, software, and production techniques.
Provide creative input and feedback during project planning and review phases.
Make revisions based on creative feedback in a timely and positive manner.
Organize and maintain design files and digital assets.
Assist with basic layout adjustments.
Minimum Qualifying Education: Degree in arts or design-related field preferred
Minimum Qualifying Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
Understands basic concepts of typography, layout, and design
Creative thinking
Attention to detail
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Open to sharing ideas
Able to receive criticism for improving their work and performance
Works well with a team
