Beauty Brand (DTC and sold in Sephora) is seeking a TikTok Content Creator to develop native short-form video content with a strong emphasis on TikTok trends, rapid experimentation, and performance-driven creative. This is an ideal opportunity for a culturally fluent creator who thrives in fast-moving environments and can quickly turn emerging moments into engaging, platform-native content. Role Overview This person will concept, shoot, and edit short-form content designed to capitalize on trends, conversations, and real-time brand opportunities. The work is highly iterative and test-oriented, with a focus on producing multiple versions of content to identify what performs best. This is a scrappy, fast-paced role rather than a polished campaign-focused position. Key Responsibilities Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments on a daily basis Quickly ideate and produce reactive, brand-appropriate content Create and deliver trend-based videos on tight turnaround times, often within 24–72 hours Translate commerce or product briefs into organic, native-feeling short-form content Develop product storytelling that feels entertaining, authentic, and platform-first Produce multiple variations of creative concepts, including different hooks, pacing, framing, and calls to action Apply performance learnings to improve future creative output Self-shoot and edit mobile-first videos in a creator-style format Add captions, text overlays, and editing treatments aligned with platform norms Collaborate as needed with internal stakeholders on messaging direction and priorities Ideal Background Proven experience creating native TikTok content Strong understanding of TikTok culture, humor, pacing, and trends Experience with performance-driven creative or creator-style UGC Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight Comfortable appearing on camera or producing faceless, format-driven content A portfolio that demonstrates strong hooks, storytelling, and creative iteration Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, and/or Adobe Suite REMOTE Part Time Hours- 20-25 hours/week #J-18808-Ljbffr
