Role Overview We’re looking for a Video Editor & Content Creator who can turn conversations into compelling, high-quality content. This role is responsible for editing podcast episodes, creating short-form clips, and helping shape the visual identity of our brand across platforms. Key Responsibilities Edit long-form video content (podcasts, interviews, conversations) Create short-form content for LinkedIn and social platforms Develop engaging clips, reels, and highlight moments Maintain brand consistency across all video assets Collaborate on content strategy and storytelling Manage turnaround times and content calendar deadlines Qualifications Proven experience in video editing and content creation Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement Experience with social media content formats (short-form, vertical video) Ability to work independently in a remote environment What We’re Looking For Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail Someone who understands content that performs—not just looks good Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership Interest in business, partnerships, and industry conversations is a plus Why Join Us Fully remote and flexible work environment Opportunity to help build a growing media platform Direct exposure to industry leaders and conversations #J-18808-Ljbffr
