INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR (Hybrid) We are seeking a dedicated and talented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns, merch and branded box projects, collaborating with product development teams, and overseeing social metrics and sales related to influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing, project management, product development, and sales analytics. HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in‑person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work. What You’ll Do Essential Job Functions Experience scaling and growing an organic seeding program for domestic and global brand partnerships. Collaborate with PR agencies to organize seeding lists, capture addresses, and structure templates. Work with warehouse and logistics team to plan timelines, plan inventory, coordinate dates for regular to VIP mailers. Collaborate with vendors to plan 6‑months in advance for our product launch calendar into 2027. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to promote products through influencer box projects. Collaborate with product development teams to create unique and engaging products for influencer collaborations. Manage relationships with influencers and ensure timely delivery of influencer boxes and organic gifting program. Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns. Track sales performance related to influencer marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to drive revenue. Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and product development. Prepare regular reports on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement. Proficient with Grin Influencer Marketing Platform and Creator IQ (also known as Tribe Dynamics) to track campaign performance and measure metrics. Utilizes Grin to create activations, track campaigns and submit payments. Tracks monthly campaigns on Creator IQ and submits monthly reporting. Non‑Essential Job Functions Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed to support departmental goals. Provide backup coverage for team members during absences or peak workload periods. Perform additional administrative tasks or clerical duties as assigned. Support cross‑departmental efforts or collaborative initiatives when required. What You’ll Bring 2+ years experience in influencer marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in managing influencer box projects. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and using data to drive decision‑making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of product development processes and the ability to collaborate with product teams effectively. Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and sales analytics tools. Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Must be able to carry and transport promotional or sales materials. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, often time‑sensitive environment.
