You'll drive technical SEO, content optimization, and link building to grow our organic traffic and establish RoleStar as the go-to career intelligence platform. This is a remote-first role based in New York City, with the flexibility to work from San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, or Denver.## Responsibilities* •Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page* •Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities* •Optimize site architecture, page speed, and structured data for search visibility* •Collaborate with content and engineering to ship SEO-driven features and pages## Requirements* •4+ years of SEO experience, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or marketplace company* •Deep knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals* •Proficiency with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4* •Strong analytical mindset with ability to tie SEO work to business outcomesfor details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
