NVE Experience Agency Summary of Position NVE Experience Agency is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Event Producer to lead the creation of memorable experiences and ensure successful program delivery to our clients. As an Event Producer on our team, you will oversee all aspects of event production, collaborating with other teams on concept development, and ensuring flawless execution. Job Responsibilities Project Delivery Own and lead event production projects, ensuring seamless onsite execution Manage and execute programs up to $1M, taking full ownership of production processes Ensure projects/programs are delivered on-time and on-budget with flawless execution Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agency partners to facilitate clear communication and execution Work closely with leadership to assess and allocate project resources efficiently Client Management Manage client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are executed in a timely manner Provide clear ongoing communication to the client regarding roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules for assigned programs Budget Management Develop and manage project budgets independently Oversee coordination with all internal parties on invoices and vendor payments Conduct budget reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy across projects Team Management Manage 1+ direct report, providing guidance and leadership Set regular check‑ins with your teams to provide project‑related updates and feedback in a timely manner Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to ensure all deliverables are met Responsible for ensuring timesheets and expenses are completed in a timely manner for all project workstreams whether leading or supervising Ensure all team members are onboarding temporary production staff in accordance with company policy Protect resources on projects accurately utilizing internal and external resources Qualifications 5+ years of proven event production experience Excellent communication and project management skills Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility, and accountability for results Strong leadership and team coaching skills Extraordinary organizational skills, self‑motivation and intuition Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced, agency environment Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, and social media sites Understanding of technical knowledge, permitting, fabrication and AV production Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working onsite Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items While working onsite, must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed Have a valid Driver’s License Available to work weekends and evenings as needed for events Location We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. The range for this role is between $90k-$120k. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job‑related qualifications.
