We're seeking an experienced Live Event Project Manager to join the Redfish Productions team and lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact live events — from initial client brief through post-event wrap-up. You'll serve as the primary client point of contact while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and on-site crews to bring bold creative visions to life on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. This contract role offers flexibility with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. Performance Objectives Manage multiple live event projects simultaneously (Concerts, trade-shows, corporate events, brand experiences, conferences, product launches, experiential marketing activations, etc.), ensuring each meets scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, production schedules, and risk assessments from kickoff through post-event closeout Lead all client communications including kickoff meetings, weekly status updates, creative reviews, and proactive expectation management throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, technical, logistics, and marketing to align on event strategy, audio/lighting/video, signage, fabrication, production elements, staging, and on-site execution Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors (production, AVL, staging, catering, talent, transportation, permits) to secure best-in-class services within budget Oversee all on-site production including pre-event load-in, show-day execution, real-time troubleshooting, and strike/load-out Track project finances, process invoices, and deliver accurate post-event financial reconciliation and ROI reporting to clients and internal leadership Conduct post-event debriefs, capture client feedback, and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes Ensure all events comply with safety protocols, venue requirements, and industry best practices Core Competencies 4+ years of project management experience in live event production, experiential marketing, or corporate events Proven track record managing events with budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+ (or equivalent scope and complexity) Solid working knowledge of live event production and technical elements Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects Outstanding client-facing communication skills; ability to build trust quickly and manage high expectations under pressure Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, Office, Google Workspace) Willingness and ability to travel for site visits, load-ins, and event execution (up to 30-40% depending on project load) Composure and sharp decision-making ability on high-pressure show days Genuine passion for live events and creating memorable brand experiences Preferred Qualifications Experience with corporate/branded experiential or marketing-focused events Knowledge of event safety certifications (OSHA, basic rigging awareness) or willingness to obtain Previous experience in a production company environment We offer competitive benefits to support your growth, including flexible hours, professional development opportunities, and access to our PPF Goals Program (Personal, Professional, and Financial), which provides personalized coaching, skill-building workshops, and financial planning resources to help you thrive in all aspects of life.
