Our team is small, sharp, and deeply committed to the work.The RoleWe're hiring someone to join our Preneed Sales Team in-office in Orem, UT."Preneed" means pre-planning people who are thinking ahead, want to spare their families the burden of last-minute decisions, and are looking for a trustworthy option. These are warm, inbound leads. They've already raised their hand. Your job is to meet them where they are, understand their situation, and help them move forward.This is a full-cycle role: you'll contact leads, run your own calls, handle follow-ups, and close. You'll have clear targets, real support, and compensation that rewards performance.No cold calling. Every lead has opted in and is expecting outreach.Compensation$40K base | $65K OTE | Uncapped commission top reps earn $100K+LicensingThis role requires a Life Insurance Producer license.
