M365 Front-end Developer, Web Publisher, #1019 Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a positive adjudication for a Public Trust We are seeking a mid-level M365 Front-End Developer / Web Publisher to support Operations and Maintenance activities for a component of a federal agency. This role supports internal and external websites using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Drupal, and related technologies. This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 9:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. The selected candidate will join a collaborative team of developers, analysts/testers, and web publishers supporting mission-critical government websites and applications. What You'll Be Doing Provide development, operations, and maintenance support for SharePoint Online (M365) intranet environments Support requirements gathering, documentation, and customer demonstrations Publish and maintain content on public-facing (Drupal) and intranet (M365) websites Provide testing support for monthly release deployments, including unit, regression, and accessibility testing Support short turnaround publishing requests in a deadline-driven environment Participate in an on-call rotation (~1 week per month) to provide after-hours emergency publishing support (approximately 4–5 calls per month) Troubleshoot site issues in coordination with platform engineers and Microsoft support Monitor Microsoft Message Center for platform updates and changes Define and validate acceptance criteria for website features Provide solution recommendations during team and client meetings Collaborate with external agencies on U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) features and releases Maintain compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements Required Education, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) 1–3 years of experience designing, building, maintaining, and publishing business or government websites 3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint Online Experience with responsive website design and Section 508 accessibility standards Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements Experience publishing content to public and intranet sites (Drupal CMS experience preferred) Experience supporting structured testing activities (unit, regression, accessibility) Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (including Power Automate) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across platforms and systems Ability to work the required Eastern Time Zone schedule Familiarity with U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for image editing Experience supporting branded government websites Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong attention to detail Customer-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in the humanities with strong work experience in a technical field preferred Google UX Design Certification is a plus Drupal CMS experience preferred Benefits Generous and flexible time‑off policy Flexible work schedules and telework options, including remote work availability for eligible projects Career development opportunities including a mentorship program, technical and management training through Dev University, hands‑on learning through DevLab, tuition reimbursement, and paid training opportunities Industry‑leading benefits including a choice of two health plans that include dental and vision, flexible spending account, commuter benefits, life insurance, and more 401(k) matching with a 5% matching contribution Regular team and company social events including our annual party, happy hours, fitness challenges, and more A focus on community engagement including company‑wide support activities, employer match for donations, and time off for volunteer efforts Equal Opportunity Employer / Individuals with Disabilities / Protected Veterans Dev Technology operates in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
