We have a
Leasing Agent
position at our Management Support property with 320 apartment units located at 8311 East Via de Ventura, San Antigua, McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. The company offers training for candidates with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience at other management companies.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; strong written English skills.
Higher education is a plus.
Comfortable handling telephone inquiries and demonstrating property knowledge.
Managing personal calendar of appointments.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good communication skills.
Bilingual ability is a plus.
Ability to climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.
Compensation & Schedule Hourly pay rate ranges from
$17.50
to
$19.50
plus a leasing bonus. Full‑time schedule is 40 hours per week, including one or two weekend days, with occasional rotation and holiday coverage. Payroll is bi‑weekly with direct deposit.
