
Floral Designer - Lead

Must have at least 2 years of Floral Design experience

Role Purpose Serves as lead floral designer to ensure daily work flow best meets the needs of the floral department and customers served. Performs all aspects of floral designing. Assists with a variety of functions in the retail shop such as cashiering, selling, assisting customers, light cleaning, processing plants, stock work and other duties as required.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot obstacles, provide team member training and coordinate/prioritize daily work assignments and priorities to best meet the floral department's needs.
Oversee all floral deliveries in-house & external.
Purchase all plants, flowers, balloons and floral supplies.
Monitor the webstore and online orders.
Keep leadership informed on market trends including setting prices.
Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience: No Experience
