Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member
Location: Hampton, GA (Full Time)
Compensation: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
Role Description Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support the State Farm Agent team. The role involves administrative support, customer service, and occasional sales conversations within a close-knit and supportive office environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
