Famous Footwear Sales Associate , you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. What You’ll be Doing
Ace Retail Operations:
Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) run smoothly. Use company standards to keep the store clean, organized, and inventory easily shoppable.
Be a Famous Culture Influencer:
Embody Famous culture and provide stellar customer engagement that wow customers.
Elevate to Your Goal‑Crushing Era:
Take accountability for effort and impact on performance. Review store performance, drive sales with purpose, and communicate clearly with the team.
Act with Integrity:
Follow company policies and procedures, seek feedback, and develop professionally.
Bring the Positive Vibes:
Maintain a positive mindset, support teammates, and assist with training when needed.
Be a Shoe‑off:
Be shoe‑obsessed, recommend perfect styles, and help customers leave satisfied.
Essential Functions Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure business needs are met. Overtime hours may be required.

Preferred Qualifications & Education
High School Diploma/GED
Build constructive relationships within store
Communicate positively with associates at all levels
Exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed
Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
Work effectively within a team
Work flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours
Physical Requirements and/or Environment
Lift up to 40 lbs from floor to shoulder height using equipment and safety techniques.
Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
