Location: Taylor, MI, United States
Schedule: Part-time (12–24 hours per week). Pay: $15.00–$19.51 per hour, based on job, location, and schedule.

Responsibilities
Start each day energized, greet teammates, and ensure the sales floor is clean and prepared.
Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly conversations to build customer relationships.
Maintain the shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs, pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
Finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and thanking them personally.
Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
Continuously strive for excellence, achieve sales goals, and learn from the team.
Who You Are
Flexible availability on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance.
Strong communication skills to understand and convey information to customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
Ability to read employment policies and safety procedures in English.
Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
Capable of meeting daily sales goal challenges and enjoying learning about customers.
Resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, and a team player.
Able to handle electronic devices with ease.
Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
Standing for at least two hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and cash register to process transactions.
