Job Overview As a Cosmetic Sales Associate, you will be the trusted beauty advisor for our customers, providing expert guidance, product demonstrations, and personalized consultations. You will build relationships, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and achieve your sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on products, trends, and personalized looks.
Conduct makeup and skincare demonstrations.
Build and nurture a loyalty-based client base.
Maintain a tidy, attractive sales floor and assist with merchandise moves.
Utilize point‑of‑sale and digital tools for efficient transactions.
Meet or exceed daily sales targets and loyalty program goals.

Comfortable using POS technology and digital tools.
Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders, reaching.
Close vision and color vision required.
Frequent use of computers, handheld equipment, and cash register.
