Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and add‑on recommendations
Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual standards
Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
Fulfill e‑commerce orders accurately and efficiently
Support inventory control and stock replenishment
Represent the Spring Step brand in a professional manner
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Bilingual is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to climb ladders and bend as needed
