Job Overview The Comfort Advisor - HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing the sales territory of Wichita and the 20‑mile surrounding area and a group of accounts through the sales of installation, repair service, modernization, and service agreements to new and existing customers for residential and light commercial. You will consult with potential clients to determine the HVAC option best suited to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales territory
Sell HVAC installation, repair, modernization, and service agreements
Consult with clients to assess HVAC needs
Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Qualifications
At least 3 years sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Energetic and passionate about selling and providing customer service
Some college or technical school education preferred
Must be able to drive a company vehicle and meet insurance requirements
Must pass pre‑employment screenings (physical, motor vehicle record, background check)
Physical Demands
Demonstrate product proficiency to clients onsite
Occasionally lift or move objects 10–20 lbs
Occasionally ascend/descend ladders and balance
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Weekends required
Overtime may be required
