Responsibilities
Research and build call sheets of targeted customers by leveraging LinkedIn and internal tools Document and track all leads from the Recruiter Lead Program Build customer profiles and talk tracks using Seismic and Gong Perform outreach to targeted list and document weekly activity Partner with Director of Business Operations to identify lost customers and generate new meetings After promotion, develop and manage new and existing customer relationships, increase sales, and prepare proposals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR 3 years professional experience OR 4 years experience Minimum 1 year sales experience OR degree in sales or internship experience Strong desire for B2B sales career Excellent written and oral communication skills High professionalism, urgency, and presentation skills Ability to overcome obstacles and collaborate Strong propensity to learn
Salary
$60,000 + COLA + weekly commission + performance‑based bonuses. 10‑week training compensation: $21 per hour plus COLA.
