We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with experience selling Tile and Natural Stone to join our tile and stone showroom team. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience and strong customer service skills, and is willing to learn about our specific products and industry. You’ll guide customers—homeowners, designers, and contractors—through the selection and purchasing process for both residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with product selection. Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and installation basics (training provided). Prepare quotes, process transactions, and follow up with customers. Collaborate with designers, builders, and homeowners on project needs. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Answer phone calls, process phone orders, and operate the sales register. Assist with stocking, inventory, and maintaining showroom presentation. Participate in product promotions and company sales initiatives. Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience (showroom or retail preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn about tile, stone, and related products (training provided). Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Availability to work two Saturdays per month. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Experience working with trade professionals, such as designers or contractors. Interest in design, construction, or home improvement. Work Environment
Retail showroom and warehouse setting. Standard business hours (no evening shifts). Must be available to work Saturdays. May require weekend or evening shifts.
