Lyric National Inc. provides skilled nursing facilities and other long-term care facilities with a concierge platform for in-facility healthcare services funded through a supplemental accident and sickness policy (Enhanced Plan). Our program enables residents to access robust medical services—often beyond what traditional Medicaid structures provide—while helping facilities maximize healthcare options for patient care. What You'll Be Doing
Engage with residents and family members to explain health insurance plans and benefits.
Assist with enrollment applications and verify eligibility.
Provide guidance on coverage options and answer questions clearly and accurately.
Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation promptly.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with facility staff and internal teams to support client needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents and families.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Active state Health & Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain - company will cover licensing costs).
5+ years of experience in health insurance sales, enrollment, or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
This is a field based position, ability to travel up to 75% is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, supplemental insurance products, and long-term care coverage.
Experience in healthcare facilities or senior care environments.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and insurance fraud prevention.
Salary: $60,000 - $91,000 per year
