Summary The sales assistant serves as a key face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. This person generates sales while providing quick, accurate, and courteous service. They are involved in processing customer orders and inquiries, receiving material, maintaining showroom/warehouse organization, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. Additionally, the sales assistant collaborates with other branches to ensure high-quality service across the network.
Essential Job Functions
Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone.
Receive warehouse materials.
Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
Assist with customer deliveries when needed.
