Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Experience with Automotive Sales and vehicle knowledge
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
Organizational and problem‑solving skills
High level of self‑motivation and professionalism
Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership driving qualifications
Previous sales experience or knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
