As a Retail Keyholder, you are responsible for supporting Store Leadership in building a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that will bring the Savage x Fenty experience to our first IRL locations. You will work closely with the Store Leader to uphold the values and culture of our organization as we establish our retail presence across the country. You are passionate about creating a best-in-class employee environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a leader, you will be integral in building a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both your store team and the Savage x Fenty customer. Responsibilities
Maintain an inclusive store culture reflecting our values and brand ethos, resulting in engaged sales advisors and outstanding customer experiences. Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a dynamic customer journey supported by impactful visuals and technology. Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by fostering a culture of accountability. Address business opportunities, risks, and roadblocks with urgency and a growth mindset. Engage guests and VIP members with an experience centered around body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity. Provide training and feedback to the store team on customer service, performance, and operational standards. Collaborate with the Store Leader to motivate sales advisors to meet performance targets. Maintain visual merchandising standards through coaching and training based on VM guides and floorsets. Serve as a resource for product knowledge, operational compliance, and global communication. Maintain and achieve personal performance targets. Required Skills
1-2 years of retail experience in a high-volume environment is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives. Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology as part of daily responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Self-motivated with ownership of tasks to ensure solutions. Flexible schedule based on business needs.
