Medical Device Sales Representative / Associate Representative
Territory:
East-Central Upstate NY (Syracuse)
Must reside within a couple hours of the Albany/Syracuse area.
We are a well-established distributor of capital and consumable medical equipment, representing both leading manufacturers and innovative start-ups. We’re seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representative/Associate to grow our presence across the Syracuse territory.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business through cold calling, opportunity identification, and lead development.
Manage a defined territory with a strategic business plan.
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and quote generation.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
Learn and communicate technical product information to surgeons and medical staff.
Collaborate closely with the sales management team.
Travel throughout the territory as needed.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of sales experience (medical sales preferred).
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
Ability to quickly learn and apply clinical/technical product details.
Valid driver’s license.
Must live within the designated territory and near key hospital accounts.
Base salary + uncapped commission.
Monthly expense stipend.
401(k) with profit‑sharing eligibility.
