Overview
Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is expanding to Kankakee, IL. We are currently hiring a full-time Bobcat Sales Representative to develop this new territory opening in summer 2026.
As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area. This is a perfect role for anyone interested in a future in Sales!
Your New Role
Responsible for generating leads and selling a full range of Bobcat construction equipment and grounds maintenance equipment (GME) within the assigned territory.
Responsible for identifying potential customers and building relationships with them.
Effectively maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Partner with the internal team by promoting the Rental, Parts, and Service Departments.
Maintain accurate and up to date customer information in the CRM system (HubSpot).
Tow equipment to customer job sites to conduct demonstrations.
Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment from customers.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Proven sales experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Self-motivation.
Strong customer service skills.
CDL/Medical Certification is recommended but not required at time of hire (should be obtained within 6 months of hire).
