The Role — Sales Development Representative This is a
high-ownership outbound SDR role , not a script-reading job.
As an SDR at AdsGency AI, you’ll be responsible for
creating pipeline from zero
— identifying the right prospects, crafting messaging, and booking high-quality meetings for AEs and founders.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to
learn sales fast , operate at startup speed, and grow into an AE or GTM leadership role.
What You’ll Do Outbound Execution
Build targeted prospect lists based on ICPs
Run cold email, cold call, and multi-channel sequences
Book qualified meetings with decision-makers
Personalize outreach — no spray-and-pray
Pipeline Quality
Qualify prospects on fit, pain, urgency, and authority
Keep CRM data clean and up to date
Hit weekly and monthly meeting targets
Learning & Iteration
Test messaging, verticals, and channels continuously
Learn AdsGency’s product, customers, and market deeply
Incorporate feedback from AEs and founders to improve conversion
Team Collaboration
Partner closely with AEs to improve meeting quality
Work with RevOps to improve tooling and workflows
Help shape outbound playbooks as the team scales
What You Bring ✅ 0–3 years of experience in
SDR / BDR / outbound sales
✅ Comfort with cold outreach and rejection
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ High energy, discipline, and follow-through
✅ Coachable mindset and hunger to improve
✅ Ability to move fast without losing quality

✨ Experience using Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, or similar tools
Startup or high-growth environment exposure
