As a Brand Associate, you will bring our brand to life by providing excellent customer service, educating customers about products, and fostering brand loyalty. You will collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional omni-channel shopping experience. What You'll Do
Treat all customers and colleagues with respect and foster a positive environment. Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote engagement. Engage with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling. Enhance customer experience using all available channels. Meet personal and store goals. Support various store functions including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash register, and back of house. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Handle customer interactions and issues professionally. Execute operational tasks efficiently. Who You Are
Effective communicator who can interact well with customers and team members. Customer-focused with a passion for retail. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement. Flexible with working hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
