We are now rapidly expanding with the success of our online store, our flagship location at Wynn Las Vegas, our original store in Chinatown, our Calabasas, CA location, and our newest location in Scottsdale, AZ.

Keyholder Role The purpose of this position is to assist the Assistant and Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations as well as policy enforcement and efficient task delegation.

Responsibilities

Policy Enforcement – ensure staff follows all tasks, policies, and processes. Notify upper management if a policy is broken.

Upkeep Safe/Change – maintain adequate change in safe and update monthly safe log.

Return To Vendor – manage RTV tasks and coordinate shipping with the Warehouse Manager.

Request Product – identify trends, submit product requests to the Store Manager for approval.

Opening/Closing Duties – oversee all opening and closing procedures, including cash register, restock, pickwaves, POS setup, cleaning, and reporting.

RA’s – report defective product to MOD and ensure resolution.

Exchanges/Store Credit – manage exchanges/store credit processes and update Deposco promptly.

Building Sweeps – organize back‑of‑house and floor space for low inventory and slow‑selling items.

Client Invoices Follow‑Up – ensure invoices are sent and completed correctly.

Shipment Onboarding – stock daily shipments accurately and on time.

Upkeeping Steam Rack – steam apparel collections and transfer items to the sales floor.

Daily Cleaning – maintain store appearance and cleanliness.

Qualifications

2+ years of selling or customer service experience.

1+ year of retail management experience.

Sales‑driven, goal‑oriented individual.

Positive, high‑energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.

Initiative to engage with customers and identify their needs.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Computer skills to operate the POS system, Word, Excel, and email.

Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 15 pounds and use ladders or stairs.
