Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and help customers find total solutions in-store and through the kiosk.
Create a positive, inviting environment for customers by learning their tech and overall needs.
Stay current on technology products, offerings, and services to offer complete solutions.
Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns on the sales floor.
Assist the Tech department in achieving key metrics, including profitable sales.
Be flexible with responsibilities (e.g., cashiering, merchandising, returns, and other duties as assigned).
Essential Skills And Experience
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
Strong customer service experience.
Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.
Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services.
