Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes to conduct sales presentations, helping homeowners make same-day decisions on gutter protection. Primary Responsibilities:
Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners. Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations. Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity. Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (required). Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required). Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required). Proficient with navigating applications on an iPad (required). Previous outside sales experience is not required. Willingness to learn a structured sales process. Strong desire and ability to close sales. Compensation:
Uncapped, full commission structure, with current consultants earning between $80,000 and $220,000+. Performance-based bonuses. ICBA Contractors insurance available. Schedule:
Flexible weekly schedule. Evening and weekend availability required. Job Type: Full-time Compensation Package:
