Our associates are empowered to become experts, with mentorship and professional development throughout their careers. Schedule Flexible hours between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday-Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Availability for two weekends per month is required, three preferred. Average hours: 15-20/week. Compensation Earn $16-18/hour, including hourly pay and commissions. Responsibilities Greet customers courteously and with a smile Grow personal sales, meet goals, and provide excellent customer service Promote Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits Assist customers with product choices and demonstrate product usage Attend product training and store meetings Maintain professional appearance Assist with freight and stocking as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED, 1-3 months sales experience preferred Ability to perform basic math and read/write simple instructions Strong communication and organizational skills Willing to help with stocking and demonstrate product usage Physical & Other Requirements Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 100 lbs, and perform physical tasks with or without accommodation.
