About the Role As a Brand Associate (Retail Sales Associate), you deliver excellent customer service, promote brand loyalty, and support a seamless omni‑channel experience.
What You'll Do
Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
Seek out and engage customers to drive sales and offer suggestive selling.
Enhance customer experience through all omni‑channel offerings.
Be accountable to personal goals that contribute to overall store results.
Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house as required.
Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
Who You Are
Effective communicator who can interact with customers and team to meet goals.
Customer‑focused service provider, both on‑floor and off‑floor.
Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
Problem‑solver focused on continuous improvement, open to feedback.
Ready to work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
Able to utilize retail technology and lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay & Eligibility Hourly range: $15.50 - $16.50 USD. Pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and location. Minimum wage or the higher of minimum wage and the pay range applies by city, county and state requirements.
