Entry Level Sales Representative

The Sales Role
In a full-time capacity, you will receive comprehensive training in all of our products.
You will deliver interactive sales presentations, teaching communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning, and problem solving.
This foundational education and experience opens the door to future career growth.
The Responsibilities
Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco‑friendly, green products and services to customers.
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis.
Build a strong team and provide mentorship opportunities to peers.
The Qualifications
Highly developed communication skills.
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
Self‑motivated, disciplined, and career oriented.
Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths.
Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction.
BA/BS preferred.
The Compensation
$3,900 Sign‑on bonus*.
Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
Average earning potential: $72,000 – $130,000 per year.
