The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Porsche Studio (Fashion Valley Mall) has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join the Holman Family.

Compensation:

Commission Based.

Target annual income of $60,000 per year or more.

What will you do?

Oversee all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork.

Greet customer on sales floor and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.

Explain features/benefits and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.

Research availability of models using computer database.

Work with Sales Managers and F&I and negotiate sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade‑in allowance, license fee, and discount / rebates.

Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory.

Deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle.

Assist Sales Manager with customer problems.

Ability to negotiate, overcome objections and close the sale.

What are we looking for?

Prior sales / customer service experience is preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Benefits Regular Full‑Time:

Temporary or Part‑Time:

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part‑time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $23.10 – $32.93 USD per hour.
