Automotive Sales Representative We are currently seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities
Consulting with customers to find a vehicle that fits their specific wants and needs
Prospecting and contacting potential customers
Reaching agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
Setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
Gaining a working knowledge of the product line
Attending training offered by both manufacturers and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
Completing all sales-related paperwork professionally
Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required
Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
Valid Driver's license
