Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Team Member to join our thriving agency. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them protect what matters most. If you have a passion for sales, customer service, and making a positive impact in people’s lives, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service. Conduct needs-based assessments to identify clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products. Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up. Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall agency performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed recommendations. Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the agency and brand.
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. State Farm license or willingness to obtain (training provided). A passion for helping others and making a difference in the community.
