Heavy Equipment Sales Representative (with Technical Knowledge)

Kissimmee, FL
We’re not your typical equipment dealer. Yellow Iron, LLC is a new and growing player in the heavy equipment industry, and we’re on the hunt for a driven Sales Rep who knows machines inside and out.
If you love closing deals, getting hands‑on with iron, and helping customers find the right equipment for the job — this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Hunt down new business and grow our customer base.
Build strong relationships with contractors, operators, and fleet managers.
Inspect and evaluate machines to make sure they meet customer needs.
Show off equipment through demos and walk-arounds.
Match customers with the right solutions (new, used, or rentals).
Partner with our service team to keep customers coming back.
Drive revenue growth in a company where your impact is seen and valued.
What We’re Looking For:
A sales hunter with a passion for heavy equipment.
Someone who can talk torque, hydraulics, and horsepower — and explain it to a customer in plain language.
Experience in equipment sales, construction, or related industries.
Ability to inspect equipment and give honest, informed assessments.
Self‑motivated, competitive, and hungry to succeed.
A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel locally/regionally.
