In-Home Sales Representative
who's ready to be the face of our servicesomeone who connects easily with customers, manages details with care, and thrives in a team that works hard and has fun doing it. What You'll Do:
Run professional in-home sales appointments with homeowners Establish budgets and submit pricing requests Deliver detailed estimates Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to close the sale Place accurate product orders and coordinate with vendors Lead smooth production handoffs and walk-throughs with installation crews Collect payments, gather referrals, and maintain excellent client relationships Document all client communications in our CRM Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings What We're Looking For:
Sales experience (preferably in windows, doors) Excellent communication and follow-up skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems A proactive team player who can also work independently Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license What You Can Expect:
