s:Maintains the confidentiality of program participan tsCompletes the consumer admissions/intakes as directed by the management te amEnsures client’s hours/services are authorized by the Payor Source and communicated to the client and client directed worker/Direct Service Work erManages referrals by maintaining communication with clients and Case Managers throughout the proce ssProvides timely updates to Case Managers as directed by the Account Manager or Office Operations Lead erAssists the office operations team with time reporting issues and concer nsPerforms all procedures in an accurate and timely manner as directed by the management te amNotifies the Operations Leader and Payor Source of any concerns relating to each client including allegations of fraud, misuse of services and/or other relevant issu EOR Program Specific Duties & Responsibilities
lsAttends client service planning meetings as instructed by the Account Manager or Operations Lead erMaintains the consumer reco rdAssists the Field Support Team with contacting employees regarding annual worker requiremen tsAssists the Field Support team with onboarding their preferred respite providers by making connect calls, and tracking candidates in the funn s:High School degree or equivalent required, some completed college coursework, preferr edMust meet all federal, state, and local requiremen tsMust be energetic, self-motivated, have excellent time management skills, compassionate and able to adapt in a continuously changing environme ntMust be organized, detail oriented, and have exceptional planning and problem-solving skil lsComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Team s)Proficiency in the Spanish language is preferr edProficiency in the English language is requir Minimum Requirement
