The Sales Role We are hiring immediately for full-time sales representatives. You will be trained on our products and learn to deliver interactive sales presentations, developing communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. This role provides foundational education and experience for future career growth.
Responsibilities
Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services to customers.
Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and coaching sessions.
Engage in team building and mentorship activities.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills.
Confidence and poise in public speaking.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented.
Open-minded with a passion for learning a variety of skills.
Outgoing personality that thrives in human interactions.
BA/BS degree preferred.
Compensation
$3,900 Sign-on bonus*.
Hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
Average earnings potential: $72,000 - $130,000 annually.
