Duties of the Home Appliance Sales Associate
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process
Assist customers in identifying and selecting appliance products that best meet their needs
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post‑purchase follow‑up
Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records
Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well‑stocked
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications of the Home Appliance Sales Associate
Proven experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years of hands‑on, full‑cycle sales experience
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team setting
