About the Role As we continue our growth we are looking for people who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail. You will be asked to maximize the sales of the store by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
Assist in daily store tasks, such as merchandising, price changes, stock
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Able to work independently and in a group settings
Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays
Punctual and dependable
Demonstration experience an asset
