Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Newport, KY location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their shipping, packaging, and printing needs. Daily tasks include handling transactions, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Sales Associate will also help with marketing and promotional activities within the store. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills Experience with cash handling and basic accounting Ability to handle packaging and shipping tasks efficiently Basic knowledge of printing and copying technologies Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail or sales experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Seniority level
